This overnight oat recipe features Almond Breeze Coconut Milk, which is an awesome non-dairy alternative. They are easy to make, delicious, AND nutritious! These oats will take you straight to a tropical oasis!

  1. 1/4 cup oats (I use Love Grown Super Oats with quinoa and chia!)
  2. 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Vanilla Shakeology)
  3. 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze Original Coconut Milk
  4. 1/2 banana
  5. 1-2 TBS Unsweetened shredded coconut (extra for topping!)
