Tangy Lemon-Pepper Hummus

This easy recipe for lemon pepper hummus is both tangy and filling, which makes it a much healthier snack than most other dips!

  1. 16 ounces garbanzo beans
  2. 1 large lemon, juiced
  3. 1/4 cup tahini
  4. 1 garlic cloved, finely minced
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  8. 2 tablespoons water
  9. 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  10. paprika, for serving
  1. Puree all the ingredients together except for the oil.
  2. While pureeing, slowly drizzle it in until the desired consistency forms.
  3. Serve with an extra dash of paprika.
