  1. 6 cups cabbage, julienned
  2. 2 cups carrots, julienned
  3. ½ cup sliced green onion
  4. ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
  5. Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  6. 1 lime, juiced
  7. 1 tablespoon sriracha
  8. 1/2 cup olive oil
  1. Mix the seasonings and sauces in a bowl to form the dressing.
  2. Now toss all the vegetables together in a bowl and mix thoroughly with the dressing.
  3. Serve immediately.
