Ingredients
  1. 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
  2. 2 cups extra sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
  3. 4 garlic cloves, minced
  4. 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  5. 2 14-ounce cans artichoke hearts, finely chopped
  6. 3 cups fresh baby spinach, stems removed
  7. pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Let cook for a bit and then give it a good stir.
  2. Cook on Low Heat for 2-2 1/2 hours or on High Heat for about 1 hour, just until all cheese has melted completely. Stir occasionally.
  3. Once cooked, turn slow cooker to "Keep Warm" setting to maintain a warm temperature for serving.
Notes
  1. Recipe can easily be halved or doubled, depending on the amount of people you are serving!
