This colorful Rice Salad side dish blends the flavors of Argan Oil, Grape Balsamic Vinegar, and garlic. The red pepper, carrot, and green beans add a nice pop of color!

  2. 2 T. VOM FASS Grape Balsamic Vinegar
  3. 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  4. VOM FASS Salt and Pepper, to taste
  5. VOM FASS Cooking Oil (your choice)
  6. 6 oz. wild rice, cooked
  7. 12 oz. basmati rice or long grain, cooked
  8. 1 small red onion, diced
  9. 1 carrot, diced and blanched
  10. 1 red pepper, diced
  11. ½ cup green beans, cooked and chopped
  12. ⅓ cup scallions, chopped
  13. ½ cup pecans, lightly roasted and chopped
