  1. 3 cups diced pineapple
  2. 3 diced tomatoes
  3. 1 cup sweet onion
  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 1 teaspoon pepper
  8. 1 red bell pepper diced
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
