No-Mayo Cole Slaw

Try this healthier No-Mayo Cole Slaw recipe. It would be a perfect side for your next summer barbecue or family gathering!

  1. 1 small green cabbage
  2. 1 small red cabbage
  3. 1-2 shredded carrots
  4. 1/4 cup lemon juice
  5. 2 tablespoons lime juice
  6. 2 tablespoons honey
  7. 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
  8. 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  9. lemon zest
  10. 1/3 cup olive oil
  1. Slice green and red cabbage thin after removing outer part of the cabbage and trim core and stems.
  2. Shred the carrots. Add them and the cabbage ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in the lemon and lime juice along with honey and olive oil. Mix together before adding sea salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  4. Mix again and chill in the fridge.
