No-Bake Coconut Bars

If you've been browsing our recipes recently, you know that we are absolutely bonkers about no-bake! We just can't stop coming with new ways to save you time and labor all while ending up with something totally delicious. These coconut bars are just another winner.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup melted butter
  2. 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  3. 2 cups powdered sugar
  4. 1 cup coconut oil
  5. 1 cup shaved coconut, plus 1/4 cup for sprinkling
  6. 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, coconut shavings, and coconut oil. Press this mixture into a pan.
  2. Melt down the chocolate chips in a double-boiler and pour over the main mixture.
  3. Sprinkle additional coconut shavings atop the bars and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
