Mojito Fruit Salad

This summer salad is cool, refreshing, and very healthy. You can make it alcoholic by adding rum.

  1. 2 cups chopped strawberries
  2. 1 cup fresh raspberries
  3. 1 cup fresh blueberries
  4. 1 can mandarin oranges
  5. 1/4 cup diced mint
  6. 1/4 cup lime juice
  7. 2 tablespoons sugar
  8. 2 tablespoons rum
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the fruit together and then slowly add the mint.
  2. In a small mixing bowl add the lime juice, sugar, and the rum (optional).
  3. Gently drizzle the dressing over the fruit for a delicious salad.
