This is a great fish recipe that can be made with any white fish of your choice. Pair it with wonderful Vom Fass olive oil, balsam, Fettuccine pasta, and salt and pepper!

  1. 4 white fish fillets (sole, flounder, etc.)
  2. 4 T. VOM FASS Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  3. 2 tsp. VOM FASS Calamansi Balsam
  4. 1 lb. VOM FASS Fettuccine al Basilico
  5. VOM FASS Salt and Pepper
  6. 1 lb. grilled or steamed vegetables
