Ingredients
  1. 4 large roma tomatoes, roughly chopped
  2. 1 large heirloom tomato, roughly chopped
  3. 1-2 garlic cloves
  4. 2 tablespoons onion, roughly chopped
  5. 1/2-1 serrano chile pepper, roughly chopped (depending on desired heat)
  6. pinch of salt
  7. pinch of sugar
  8. pinch of chili powder
  9. pinch of cumin
  10. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  11. juice of 1 lime
  12. 1-2 tablespoons Green Gringo Bandito hot sauce (or more, to taste)
Instructions
  1. Combine tomatoes, garlic, onion, serrano pepper, salt, sugar, chili powder, cumin, fresh cilantro, lime juice, and Green Gringo Bandito hot sauce in a blender or food processor. Pulse about 10-15 times, until salsa is the consistency you like.
  2. Adjust seasonings and hot sauce as needed.
  3. Transfer to a covered container and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
