A fun and easy appetizer to make for snacking on during the big game - or for any party that you may be hosting! Fresh cilantro, tomatoes, red onion, and lime juice makes this the best tasting guacamole ever. Serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients
  1. 4 avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
  2. 2 limes, juiced
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  5. 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  6. 1/2 cup red onion, chopped finely
  7. 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  8. 1 serrano chili pepper, chopped or few dashes hot sauce of your choice (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, mash up the avocados. Leave the avocados slightly chunky or mash until completely smooth, until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Stir in the lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro. Toss together until evenly distributed.
  4. Mix in serrano pepper or hot sauce to add heat, if desired.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips of your choice. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. This recipe can easily be halved or doubled, depending on the amount of people it needs to serve!
