Fried Fish Sticks with Chipotle Sauce

These simple yet delicious Fish Sticks go perfectly with the Chipotle Dipping Sauce. The flavors are great and fun to eat!

  1. 4 tilapia fish filets
  2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  3. 2 eggs whites
  4. 1 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  5. ΒΌ teaspoon cumin
  1. 1/3 cup light mayo
  2. 1/3 cup light sour cream
  3. 1 clove of garlic; diced
  4. 1 tablespoon lime juice
  5. 1 can chipotle in adobo
  6. salt & pepper, to taste
  7. 1/4 teaspoon fresh oregano
  1. Preheat oven to 375 and prepare a baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut fish into 2-inch fingers.
  3. In a bowl combine tortilla chips, cumin, and salt.
  4. Dip the fish sticks into the egg whites then coat them with a chip layer.
  5. Bake for 12-16 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. While the fish is baking, mix together all sauce ingredients and blend until smooth.
