  1. 3 large tomatoes
  2. 2 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  3. 1 puff pasty package
  4. 2 teaspoons basil
  5. 1 tablespoon butter
  6. salt

  8. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  1. Cut tomatoes into slices and sprinkle them heavily with salt and onion powder.
  2. Leave salt and onion powder on tomatoes for 10-15 minutes.
  3. After, brush off extra salt and moisture using a paper towel.
  4. Place puff pastry on a baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
  5. Layer Dijon mustard on the pastry and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of basil.
  6. Set tomatoes on top. Add the other teaspoon of basil.
  7. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, until it is golden brown.
