It's the season for grilling, so here's our new favorite easy dry-rubbed steak recipe!

  1. 4 steaks (8-12 ounces each)
  2. 6 tablespoons salt
  3. 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  4. 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
  5. 4 teaspoons paprika
  6. 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  1. Heat your grill on medium-high and brush with oil.
  2. Mix the spices above and massage onto the steaks.
  3. Once evenly distributed, wrap the steaks in plastic refrigerate for at least 2 hours before grilling.
  4. Remove the steaks from the fridge 30 minutes prior to grilling.
  5. Grill the steaks according to your preference and enjoy!
