Easy Blueberry Jam

I love spreading blueberry jam onto a nice warm piece of toast in the mornings. This jam recipe is so easy, and the final product tastes so much better than the store-bought jam.

  1. 4 cups fresh blueberries
  2. 3 cups sugar
  3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  4. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  5. 1 teaspoon lemon rind
  6. 3 ounces liquid fruit pectin
  1. Puree blueberries in a food processor and then transfer to a pot.
  2. Stir in sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and lemon rind.
  3. Bring to a full boil before stirring in the pectin. Stir for one minute.
  4. Transfer jam into jars and let process for 5 minutes in a boiling water bath.
  5. Refrigerate overnight prior to serving.
