Crockpot Bacon Cheeseburger Soup

Cheeseburger soup is just the perfect food item for cool or drizzly weather. You can try many variations on this preparation. The present recipe uses a chicken broth base, but you can try variations with veggies stock or beef stock, too. Some ground beef and sauteed veggies would also go fine with this preparation. Plus, you can make this recipe in a crockpot! How much easier could it get?

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. cooked hamburger
  2. 1/2 lb. chopped and cooked bacon
  3. 32 ounces chicken broth
  4. 32 ounces frozen hash browns
  5. 1 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
  6. 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
  7. 1 teaspoon pepper
  8. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  9. 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Instructions
  1. Mix all the above ingredients together in a 6-qt slow cooker and cook on low for eight hours.
  2. Crumble bacon over the top just prior to serving.
  3. However, you can also use tortilla chips, or other desired items to pair with the soup.
