Ingredients
  1. 1 ripe avocado
  2. 1 clove garlic, peeled
  3. 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  4. 3 tablespoons vom fass avocado oil
  5. juice of half a lemon
  6. salt and pepper, to taste
  7. dash of cayenne pepper, optional
  8. small handful fresh cilantro
  9. 1 teaspoon sugar
  10. 1/4 cup-1/2 cup water
Instructions
  1. In a food processor or blender, add the avocado, clove of garlic, lemon juice, avocado oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper, cayenne (if using), and sugar.
  2. Process until smooth, scraping down sides in between. The dressing will be thick, so thin it out with water (1/4-1/2 cup) until it reaches desired consistency.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
