Broccoli Salad with Grapes and Walnuts Recipe
Raw broccoli boasts many superfood benefits including cancer prevention, immune support and increased bone health. I made this recipe using grape vinegar I was lucky enough to receive from Vom Fass for testing purposes! I believe the grape vinegar made a huge difference in highlighting the subtle flavors in this dish!

  1. 4 cups raw/fresh broccoli florets (approximately 1 lb of broccoli crowns)
  2. 1 cup chopped walnuts
  3. 1.5 cups seedless red grapes, halved
  4. 1 cup low fat or fat free mayo
  5. ¼ cup sugar (or sugar substitute)
  6. 1/3 cup grape vinegar
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. (optional) ¼ to 2/3 cup diced red onions (I skipped these)
