Ingredients
  1. 16 ounces white chocolate
  2. 1 teaspoon sky blue gel coloring
  3. 1-14 ounce package Brach's Orchard Fruit Jelly Beans
Instructions
  1. Coat a 9-by-12 1/2 inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the ends.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring until completely melted. Be careful as white chocolate melts fast, and also burns more quickly! You can also melt it in the microwave, but do this in short 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
  3. Stir the blue gel coloring into the chocolate as it is melting.
  4. Pour the blue-colored chocolate into the baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
  5. Distribute the Jelly Beans around melted chocolate so that there is an equal distribution of candy and colors. Press the Jelly Beans in gently.
  6. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes or the freezer for 10 minutes, to allow chocolate to set.
  7. Once the chocolate is completely solid; peel off the parchment. Cut or break chocolate into bite-sized pieces and serve at room temperature.
Notes
  1. *Note: Bark can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for at least a couple weeks, if not months. It has a long shelf-life!
