Ingredients
  1. 1 cup quick cooking oats or rolled oats
  2. 1 1/2 cups water
Toppings
  1. blueberries
  2. slivered almonds
  3. shredded coconut
  4. honey or agave nectar
Instructions
  1. Add the water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once water begins to boil add the oats and let water return to a boil. Give the oats a good stir and reduce heat to a low simmer.
  2. Cook oats, stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired consistency.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to a individual bowls for serving.
  4. Top with blueberries, slivered almonds, shredded coconut and honey or agave.
